Our Journey

Pick a piece, choose your dates and size, and we deliver it dry-cleaned two days before your event. Wear it, then drop it back in the prepaid mailer. We handle the cleaning between every rental — you never lift a finger.

• Every piece is inspected, steamed and dry-cleaned before it reaches you.
• A prepaid 2-way shipping label is included in the box.
• Your refundable deposit is released in full once the piece is safely back.

Rental Length

Rentals run for either 4 days or 8 days, selected at checkout. Your window starts on your chosen delivery date.

4 Days

Best for a single event — a wedding, a launch, one big night.

8 Days

A full week plus travel time, or back-to-back occasions.

Extensions

Need longer? Extend from your account up to 24h before your return date, subject to the next booking.

Deposits & Refunds

Each rental carries a refundable deposit, shown on every product page. It is placed as a hold on your card — not a charge — and released in full within 3 business days of the piece passing return inspection.

• Deposits typically range from 20–35% of a piece's retail value.
• Minor wear, makeup marks and small spills are covered and never deducted.
• Deposits are only drawn against for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear (see §06).

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free, both ways, nationwide. We deliver two days before your rental start date so there's always a buffer. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Coverage

GTA-wide, with same-week delivery to Toronto and Kitchener.

Date guarantee

If a piece arrives late through our fault, your rental is free.

Packaging

Reusable garment mailer with a prepaid return label inside.

Returns

Repack the piece in the same mailer, seal it, and drop it at any post or courier point by 8pm the day after your rental ends. No cleaning, no folding ceremony required.

• Late returns are charged at $15/day until the piece is scanned in transit.
• Returns 7+ days late may be treated as a non-return (deposit applies).

Damage, Wear & Care

Life happens — and most of it is on us. Normal wear is always covered: loose threads, missing beads, makeup, deodorant, the odd spilled drink.

• Covered: stains, minor tears, makeup transfer, popped seams, lost buttons.
• Not covered: irreparable damage, burns, pet damage, alterations, or loss.
• Please don't attempt repairs or cleaning yourself — leave it to our team.

Sizing & Free Swaps

Each product page lists the model's measurements and fit notes. If your piece doesn't fit, request a free size swap within 24h of delivery and we'll rush the right size, subject to availability.

• One free swap per rental; we cover the shipping both ways.
• If your size is unavailable, you'll receive a full refund including deposit.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancel or change your dates for free up to 48 hours before your delivery date. Inside 48 hours, the rental fee becomes non-refundable, but your deposit is always returned.

Buying A Rental

Fell in love? Most pieces can be bought outright at a member price shown on the product page. Choose Buy It Instead at checkout, or convert a current rental from your account — any rental fee already paid is credited toward the purchase.

Privacy & Data

We collect only what we need to deliver your rental and keep your account secure. We never sell your data. Payment details are tokenised and handled by our PCI-compliant processor — we never store your full card number.
